Further Photos from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Congress Members

Site layouts for the financier's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.

Furthermore featured in this recent document release is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.

The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by building homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a pool.

Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, marked on the bottom right.

This development map is annotated in notations in red and features a notes section identifying various areas of the land.

In addition to the main plan are what seem to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as plans for marina coverings.

More materials released as part of the continuing congressional release.
